Welcome to AJ's Mobile Gaming! Thank you for choosing us for your event entertainment. Please review our terms and conditions, including our Refund of Deposits Policy.

Deposit Requirement: A $150 deposit is required to secure your booking. This confirms our availability for your event.

Refund Eligibility:

• Client Cancellation: Full refund if canceled in writing 5 days or more before the event.
• Our Cancellation: Full refund if we cancel due to reasons within our control.
• Force Majeure: No refund for cancellations due to natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, but we will work to reschedule the event.

Refund Process: Refunds are processed within 2 days of cancellation using the original payment method.

Refund Disputes: Contact us directly to discuss any disputes. We aim to find fair and reasonable solutions.
